This track has been designed with many energy clearings to help release any negative beliefs, thoughts, concepts, etc you may have that are affecting your root chakra, and, to access your own inner strength, to thrive and own your own power.

Includes clearings for when we feel ungrounded, insecure, fearful, ancestral patterns that may be holding us back that are locked into the root chakra, for any time when we may feel we don’t ‘fit-in’, etc, etc.

You have two versions of the track one with a background of music and one without, both hold the same frequency.
