Sessions take place by Zoom, phone or completely remotely, so you can receive support from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.

How it works

Book your session

Choose a time that suits you and pay securely online. If it’s your first session, an Initial Consultation is the best place to start.

Complete your case history

Before your first session, fill in the short case history form and email it back to me, so I can understand a little about you and what you’d like support with.

Your session

We meet by Zoom or phone, or I work with you completely remotely. Afterwards, drink plenty of water, rest where you can, and be gentle with yourself as the work settles.
