Clearing emotional and ancestral patterns through the seven major chakras
Chakra Clearing
Chakra clearing works gently through the seven major chakras to identify and clear what may be affecting your natural sense of balance, flow and wellbeing.
Sometimes the patterns we struggle to change are held more deeply than we realise: in emotional experiences, limiting beliefs, ancestral influences and energetic imbalances. This programme helps you work through them gently, one chakra at a time.

What is chakra clearing?
Your chakras are energy centres associated with different aspects of your emotional, energetic and everyday life, from feeling grounded and secure to relationships, communication, intuition and your sense of purpose.
Over time, these centres may be affected by:
- Unresolved emotional experiences
- Limiting beliefs and patterns
- Ancestral or inherited influences
- Stress, fear or experiences that have left you feeling stuck
During the programme, we work through each of the seven major chakras in turn, identifying and clearing the patterns and imbalances that are ready to change.
What you’ll experience
Clear stagnant patterns
Identify and clear the emotional, ancestral and energetic patterns associated with each chakra.
Restore balance & flow
Support your energy system as it moves towards a more balanced and harmonious state.
Create greater clarity
As old patterns clear, you may find it easier to see situations differently and make choices that feel more aligned with you.
Reconnect with yourself
Create space for a stronger connection with your own needs, feelings, creativity, intuition and direction.
In one unhurried session of around 1 hour 50 minutes, we work through each chakra in turn, and your MP3s and water programs help the work integrate afterwards.

What makes this programme different
